All rates are subject to current state\/local tax 11.75%.<\/P>\n
During July and August our Efficiencies are booked by the week from Saturday to Saturday only.<\/P>\n
Charges:
<\/B>Rates are based on one or two-person occupancy; there is an additional charge of $10.00 a person per night for additional occupants. This charge does not apply for children under the age of twelve unless a rollaway bed or crib is needed. Cribs and rollaway beds rent for $10.00\/night when available.<\/P>\n
Deposits:<\/B>
Weekly reservations require a 50% advance deposit; the full rental amount is required for shorter stays. Deposits must be received within seven days of making reservations.<\/P>\n
Cancellations:<\/B>
14 Days Notice Is Required For Deposit Refund.<\/B> Sorry, no exceptions. A deposit refund will be returned less a 25% refund fee for all cancellations that meet the 14-day notice. For cancellations less than 14 days prior to check-in, deposits are non-refundable. Room deposits apply to the last day of the reservation. There are no refunds for early departure.<\/P>\n
